Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Arkansas empowers young people to lead in their communities and to answer the call to service. Each summer, we host the Arkansas State Leadership Seminar. Typically the first weekend in June at Southern Arkansas University, we gather rising high school juniors for life-changing learning and community-building.
